「The access code for the outside door was not clearly stated in the material sent (unclear if the access code was supposed to open both outer door or room door)
We had to access customer support and they were VERY kind and extremely patient.
Make sure you leave time in the am for the little breakfast with pastries and coffee.
Other guests were quiet and almost reverent of the beautiful space. The decor was charming!」
