Clean and well-kept. All furniture and equipment in room was up-to-date and good. A very comfortable place. One minor frustration was that our room had a very low shower head, but that may be a quirk of that particular room's space.

Park Point Marina Inn
Stayed one night for a short get-away. Did not get a chance to use the pool, however, the room was very nice, clean, good view, and had an excellent breakfast. I would stay here again.
