Not for everybody.
"New apartment but nowhere near downtown, it was almost walking distance to the airport even though when I researched it before booking Google maps has it near downtown. Another problem is that the AC is woefully inadequate for the size of the apartment so it never gets cool enough plus the AC is ..."

"The place was really nice and clean. The toilet was a bit cramped because of the washing machine. But at least there's a washing machine. It would have been better if there's a parking space inside the condo"
