Apartments in Dumfries and Galloway

"Very well appointed and furnished accommodation. Excellent venue for anyone attending the Wigtown Book Festival.Would have been 5 stars except that:1. Adjusting the heating was not obvious - more info should be provided.2. There is limited headroom at the bend in the stairs - as a tall person I would welcome some warning of this! Bumped my head several times!3. Disappointing in such a recent refurbishment that a toilet was not provided on the same floor as the bedroom. Negotiating the stairs for...

"This is a cracking flat within a short walk of Dumfries town centre. From the outside, the flats don’t look too inspiring, but it’s clearly been renovated recently and it’s been done really nicely. The two rooms are pretty much identical doubles, and the living room/kitchen is a good size. Nice views of the river from most rooms, and a lovely small balcony coming off the main living area. Would definitely come back if in the area."

"This wonderful caravan and it’s caring owners deserve every praise. The caravan is beautifully situated for those who love big skies, enjoy great food and who love books. The welcome we received was exceptional and the caravan itself exceptionally well maintenance and resourced. "

"We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!! "

Everything is very clean, stylish and updated.....furnishings, decor, bathrooms, including the kitchen which was very well stocked with everything you would need to make meals. Complete with both french press/cafetiere and espresso maker. Comfortable beds, nice towels. The location is right on one of the main streets in Kircudbright. We couldn't have asked for anything more....

"Absolutely beautiful cottage in a fantastic location. Great facilities and lovely rooms. We would definitely return when visiting the area again."

"The property was beyond our imagining, the castle was stunning, grand, and welcoming. The people were friendly and treated us as if we were home; that we were friends. I encourage everyone to have the icebox stocked with food selections they provide, especially the sticky toffee pudding. Take advantage of activities, the beach bonfire was perfect and the educational tours of grounds and gardens were excellent. The penthouse apartment was worth the cost, far exceeding our needs and wants. The...
