「The property was perfect. The rooms clean and orderly. Everything worked perfectly and the staff was pleasant and energetic about making our stay enjoyable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!」

「Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient. Chairs in breakfast area need to be replaced. When you sit down you just keep going lower. This is not only unexpected but also makes it more difficult to stand back up for anyone with mobility issues. We also got locked out of our room after already leaving stuff inside. They needed to call in maintenance to repair lock. On duty staff were very supportive, but I expected to hear something from the hotel manager the following day...

I have been twice in the last 3 weeks due to work, and it was the same both times. Both times, I had multiple experiences at the front desk where staff didn't even look up from what they were doing and said, "Can I help you?" with exasperated facial expressions that appeared as if I was an annoyance or chore.
