“Room was spotless, staff on my floor was excellent.Weda nickname and her staff I was in room 2012 for 4 stays went over and above to make sure I was taken care of. Also the staff at lobby desk went over and above to make sure I could keep same room all 4 nights. Paid for 2 nights, because of flooding in california my guests could not fly into denver because of delays and cancellations. “Was not able to make it to the location due to ice on roads leading up to the nest. Unfortunately nothing was mentioned when booking the location that you needed snow chains to access the location. Our truck slid backwards on black ice in 4x4 and ended not being able to make it. We called the nest and they said they would be more than willing to refund but to contact Expedia to get it. We contacted Expedia and then they said the Nest is not willing to refund. What a home! What a rip off. I’ll……
