One Rhythm Villa is located on the North Coast of the island between Montego Bay and Ochio Rios. Jamaica, the island of “One Love”.

With its stunning natural beauty, endless sunshine and turquoise colored Sea, JAMAICA is a perfect choice for those looking to unwind. Along with delicious food and reggae tunes.
One Rhythm Vacation villa on the Caribbean Sea comes with housekeeper, Ms. Annette OR Ms. Sandra. Ms Annette's chef services are included in the price of the villa. (you purchase groceries, she will prepare meals for you.) She will shop with you , if you wish. The local supermarket also delivers to the villa.

Staff driver, Kirk, is available for airport transfers ($75), from Montego Bay. Also any other transportation needs you desire. (fees apply depending on where you want to go.) VIP ARRIVAL SERVICE through the airport, immigration and customs is available for scheduling upon request.
Ms Annette awaits your arrival and will enhance your stay in Jamaica.

Just imagine waking to the sound of the sea outside your bedroom, and you realize that your day is about to unfold with a sense of ease and pleasure that only an Island can offer.
The villa is about 80 to 100 feet from the beach. Just a short distance.
'One Rhythm' villa holds a sense of ease and privacy about itself, surrounded with tropical trees and flower gardens.

Part of the allure of a Caribbean vacation is the friendliness of the island people themselves and you will experience this at One Rhythm Villa.
Live music, dance, and local artists are all available for your delight, if you so desire.

Next door, from the fishermans beach, fresh fish and lobster can be delivered to you daily, upon request. The average price for lobster and fish from the fisherman, is estimated at $15 per pound approximately, at this time. This price is subject to change.
On the beach is Julites restaurant where you will get the best fried chicken on the island. Along with the seaside breeze and the pleasure of visiting with Julite herself makes this A true local dining experience.
Also Leroy’s beach bar/restaurant and Toddlers bar offers music, drinks and friendly locals. All within walking distance from the villa. You will find that the area is safe and friendly, and we encourage you to enjoy all of it. Spa services available upon request.

Lovely villa! Perfect place to stay and have a real Jamaican experience and Our honey moon. Our beach was the best one… beautiful clear blue waters… got to see 3 stingrays while swimming! no crowds, no restaurant! No noise! Just us (and a few other people) and paradise… it was perfect! The house had everything we needed. Ms Annette was a wonderful part of our trip! Made us feel welcome, her cooking was great! I Would highly recommend this place and Ms annette… we’re sure coming back!

Lovely, but remote and a little different from expected

Communication with the owner was great, transportation was good (though expensive and the cost was not predictable), and Annette, the housekeeper/cook was excellent. The food she prepared was great; I ate more than usual.We did not understand how remote the house is; the nearest town, Duncans, a 15-20 taxi away, offers rudimentary grocery stores but not much else. To do anything much away from the house, expect to pay driver Kirk 50-80, so the cost of a dinner out is nearly doubled.The images led us to believe that the house was right on the beach instead of 2 houses and more than 100 meters away. Not terrible, but a bit of a surprise. The beach was lovely and we met some really nice people, both tourists and locals.I spent a couple decades living in third-world countries, and the local bars/food service was worse than anything I saw there. The one with a rooftop bar was sort of okay, but really basic and the music was too loud to really order. Leroy's was impossible. The fresh seafood was good, but expect to pay Western prices.For excursions, the Blue Hole and Duns River Falls were excellent. The Bamboo Beach Club was worth a visit.

Absolutely loved it

We had an amazing time here in Jamaica. We absolutely loved the property and its quiet location. Miss Annette is just beyond fabulous! Not only did she prepare us scrumptious meals, but she provided everything we needed and asked for during our stay. From arranging a cave tour to borrowing a fishing pole. She made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this place. Looking forward to coming back in the future.

Amazing Experience

We truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. Clean and bright with an open air concept. The fresh sea breeze coming through the open doors all day was one of many favorite things that we loved. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! Ms. Annette made the best breakfast, lunch and dinner. She made several traditional Jamaican dishes that we loved. Karen and Ms. Annette also arranged our beach wedding. They had every detail covered from preacher, legal documents, cake and decorations. We had no worries.The walk to the beach took 1 min. We went everyday. We walked along the beach, swam and just relaxed. From the beach, we walked to Leroy's bar and met the locals. It was a great experience!Blue Hole, Martha Brae Bamboo Rafting, and Dunn's River falls were all great! Our driver, Kirk, was always there on time and took us straight to our destinations. He gave lots of local history and made great recommendations. Kirk was excellent.Our host, Karen, was always available by phone, kind, informative and really cared about our stay. I cannot write enough good things about our 7 days in Duncans Bay.Tips:Bring water shoes for hiking the Dunns River Falls - it is amazing! (thanks to Ms. Annette for supplying water shoes for me since I forgot mine)Meet the locals at Leroy's and keep walking down to the next local bar and restaurant - great people!Thanks again to Karen and Ms. Annette for giving us the perfect wedding and honeymoon experience.

Perfect Honeymoon

We had the best week at One Rythm! We were picked up by Kirk at the airport and we used him for the week to explore the island. He was wonderful a very kind man and great driver! When we arrived at the villa Mrs Annett had an amazing authentic Jamaican meal made for us! Every single meal she made was amazing and so delicious! Mrs Annett was the best host for the week. She helped us get massages on our last day and helped us with anything else we needed! I wish she could have come home with us, but we will just have to visit her again.

If want to be pampered and taken care of. Less than 700 feet from the Beautiful bach.

Ms. Annette was an excellent Chef, attendant, concierge, Tour guide, and confident person. She made our stay remarkable and memorable and kept the place spotless. If you book this location, your meals will be served when you want them and presented beautifully. One Rhythm is located within a few steps of the beach. Our host, Karen, made arrangements for our driver, Kirk, before our arrival. The Villa is secluded, so if you want to relax, One Rhythm in Duncan's Bay, Trewany, is the place.

Quiet and private

My husband and I chose One Rythm after looking at several other villas along the north coast. We like the fact that it was right on the beach yet private. Pictures on the website also made it seem very inviting. We were also very impressed with all the five star reviews received and how happy the previous guest were with their stay there. On arrival we were greeted by our housekeeper, Miss Annette. She was very pleasant and welcoming, and immediately gave us a tour of the entire property. She had a wonderful dinner they ready And waiting for us. Dinner was great. On our second day Miss Annette went with us to the Falmouth market where we bought fresh produce and meat for her to cook for us. Miss Annette continually went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had all we needed. She did an amazing job with all of our meals. As for the beach, it was very clean and very quiet. We had the beach all to ourselves a couple of times. We definitely enjoyed the time we spent at the beach. The only complaint we have is with the amount of mosquitoes. We had to keep all the windows and doors closed to keep them out. It also limited how late we could stay out in the yard, that’s as beautiful by the way. However, overall, it was an awesome experience and we would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the owner Karen for being so available and willing to meet our requests and needs. Thanks again to Miss Annette for being an awesome host and a phenomenal cook.

Amazing vacation

First off ms Annette is wonderful she was alway on top of everything helping making arrangements for our travels or adventures. Plus wonderful meals. We had two weeks of total relaxation . Fantastic Jamaican Experience

Comfortable, Convenient and Caring

The location is convenient - close to the beach, airport, ben down market, fishing boats and a few establishments. The house is comfortable - cool, modern, spacious, quality, and outside spaces. The cook, Miss Annette, cared for us beyond our expectations - warm hospitality, flexibility, delicious Jamaican food, clean rooms, and she became our friend. The entire stay was a blessing!

First time to Jamaica chose one rhythm villa. Was first picked up at the airport by our driving services which was greatly helpful. Kirk is an amazing dependable driver. Then arrived at the villa only to be welcomed by miss Annette, who had a meal already prepared for us. She is an amazing woman makes you feel welcomed safe, and is full of local experience and knowledge which helped us navigate our stay. miss Annette and Kirk took us to the grocery store. She helped us shop for the week after that we stayed at the villa because it’s that beautiful and the beach is amazing. We had one excursion but other than that we stayed right at the villa it’s everything it describes to be, and then some.! can’t speak highly enough on one rhythm missi Annette and Kirk, the driver. The locals are amazingly friendly! We fell in love with the dogs.lol will totally be returning

Paradise Destination

From the booking to the departure everything was fantastic. Karen was a pleasure to work with & even had a cake waiting for my birthday. Ms. Annette is heaven sent. She took very good care of us. Kirk was extremely helpful & came back for multiple trips to town for us. Maurice & his services were the best. All I wanted to do was relax & de”stress” & that’s exactly what One Rhythm allowed me to do. I will be coming back & highly recommend this villa.

Everything you need to relax

We spend a week at One Rhythm and it was exactly as described. The beach is just a short walk away and it not busy (mostly just other vacationers staying at nearby rentals). This was our first time staying somewhere with a housekeeper/cook and it was wonderful not to have to worry about making dinner or cleaning up after meals. Miss Annette took care of us well. She is wonderful, but I will say it took a few days for her to fully warm up to us (or the other way around). Kurt was great as our driver to/from the airport and grocery store. We only ended up doing one day off of the property (to Ocho Rios) which Kurt drove us to and waited patiently for us during our lunch and river tubing.

An oasis of peace and beauty

One Rhythm is a beautiful little villa in a very small and lovely neighborhood. The yard is magical with so many gorgeous tropical plants that thrive in the warm and sunny conditions. The locals are very kind, friendly and respectful. The beach had small waves in November but people told me it was very calm at different times of year. Turquoise, warm water and the beach is often empty and you have it to yourself…a huge bonus. Local families go to the beach onSunday and we made friends with a few of the local people. Tony the Rasta man was our one stop shopping as well as being a friend. He is kind, genuine and extremely helpful whenever needed. He made a huge bonfire for us the last nite and we would help him out with food. I suggest the Martha Brae rafting trip..so much fun, and you could swim along side the raft in the clean waters. It was a fave and well worth the money. There is a neighborhood pack of dog gos which I would feed at the beach whenever I could. The two little girls were very sweet and I was sad to leave them. I wish I could have taken them home.. Captain Kirk was a great driver and very knowledgeable. And finally Ms Annette.aka Annie and Christine. She is a gem and her home cooked meals were out of this world, and made with love.So much better than restaurants.Our motto for Annie was she is an odd combination of “really sweet” and don’t mess with me”. A strong woman. Ask her to make you meat pies. Finally so much positive energy surrounded us.

a fabulous gem!

My husband and I stayed at One Rhythm for 2 weeks in Sept/Oct and it was just what we needed. We were looking for a quiet place to work but also to unwind and celebrate our anniversary, well away from tourists and crowds. We enjoyed watching the sunrises, swimming in the ocean, and playing in the rain. Ms Annette was so welcoming from day one and took excellent care of us. Her cooking is fantastic but what was really special to us was her kindness, warmth and sense of humour. Karen was so easy to work with and answered every question about the booking and what to expect, including arranging our transport with Kirk to/from the airport. Some top tips: No need to bring loads of clothing - Ms Annette will wash anything you need and everything is very casual. Do bring: deet-based bug spray, suntan lotion, shampoo / conditioner, and plenty of US cash. While the grocery store in Duncan may take a credit card, most other things you will pay for during your stay only take cash (JMD or USD). I would recommend having Kirk pick you up at the airport and ask him to stop at an ATM early in the drive if you don't have sufficient US cash already as there are no ATMs dispensing US cash near Duncan Bay. I would also recommend stopping at a grocery store on the way (Kirk will offer) to get all the basics you will need for the first 1-2 days. Thereafter you can ask Ms Annette to go shopping with you which is a treat in itself! Oh, and if you like seafood, Ms Annette will find you the best!
