「This place is a hidden gem and the decor was second to none. We met Jim and he was lovely. We forgot butter for corn on the cob and he was nice enough to bring us some from his personal home. We would love to come back in the fall or winter. 」

「Had a really nice stay. Cottage is cute and was very clean. Great location - minutes from the town of Flesherton but property feels like we are isolated, very peaceful- good home base for our day trips. Caution that the third bedroom does not have 4 walls & you have to walk through it to get to the master bedroom. Not a problem for us as we only needed 2 bedrooms but I wouldn’t have wanted that one.」

「My family and I had a fantastic time staying at John and Franca’s cottage home! Our group consisted of 5 adults, one toddler and a newborn and 2 pups. The pictures are reflective of the property and it really is that beautiful and well-maintained. The home is probably the best stocked home we have ever stayed with - it had everything including items for our pups! The owners were incredible hosts and super responsive. Absolute pleasure to communicate with :)」

「We had a memorable family gathering at this beautiful waterfront cottage last week. The cottage is spacious, beautifully decorated with breathtaking views, and has everything you need to enjoy the stay. Clean, comfy beds, well equipped open concept kitchen. The cottage is actually much better and beautiful than the pictures. The host is great, quick communication, and helpful. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and a bonfire in the evening..We would love to come back and 100% recommend. 」

Shasta cottage is a beautiful place and we had everything we needed to do a bbq turkey dinner. The host was very nice and came to meet us the night we got there.
