House is adorable, amazing fire pit area and is close to Watkins Glen and tons of wineries. We missed in the listing there’s no TV but we didn’t miss it. The house is right in 14 so there’s truck and traffic noise but the bedroom window ACs helped to block the noise. Management was responsive to minor issue. P.s. gorgeous fresh flower arrangements and landscaping.
