“St Andrews has been a favourite of ours since we first visited in 2002. This year has been our 5th visit. We werefortunate enough to book early so we could get a reservation at Martyn's lovely home.The location in the middle of Market street is perfect, just off the street so it is very quiet. The extra bonus is the parking space. Although we didn't take the car out a lot, it was great to know our space would be waiting for us.The house itself is wonderful, spacious, comfortable and filled with……

“Kath and Ross were wonderful hosts. Communication was exceptional. Place is exactly as advertised. Location is just a 5 minute walk to all St Andrews has to offer; shopping, restaurants, harbor, Abbey etc. gas station less than a quarter mile away. Food stores Aldi and Morrisons about a mile away. Just a splendid location. Highly recommend and will stay here again when we return! ”

“Alan the owner very quick to respond to any questions. 4 min walk to Morrison's grocery store (excellent selection fresh flowers) and the bus stop to center of St Andrews. Trip takes 15min. Taxi's very affordable (6min drive)or a 20min walk. Our family of 4 slept well, quiet neighborhood. Recommend!!”

“This was a beautiful and architecturally unique home! We had perfect weather and it was so cool to be able to open the sliding doors (which essentially opened an entire corner of the house) and sit with nature 5 minutes outside of the city. We took a couple beautiful walks and it had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. The cleanliness of dishes could certainly use some attention but nothing we couldn't work around. Also, it would be nice touch to have some coffee stocked after a long……
