“I give this stay and the host a one star review. For anyone that is interested in staying at this home, be aware there is no central heat or air. It is also not listed in the description.We had booked 3 nights and left after 2 and had to find another place to stay. There was no heat in the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen.We froze at night with temps in the 30's and had my 90 year old mom with us.We contacted the host after the first night and told them we would be happy to pay for the one night……

“The home was exactly as pictured, well equipped, modern, and extremely clean. The outdoor fire-pit and grill were a great “nice to have”. The wash-let in the primary bath was a plus as was as the full laundry room. I appreciated the hosts requested no shoes to be worn in the home, as that is the way we treat our own home. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and on the newer side. The location was perfect to downtown McMinnville as well as exploring the many wineries in the Willamette Valley. My……

“The hosts answered my questions promptly. The house was stocked with the bare minimum. Only a few small spoons (I have kids) but five or so giant soup spoons. Enough knives and forks. Almost no cooking pots/pans, baking dishes and other kitchen necessities. I was hoping to cook a meal while we were there. We stayed in December. There was not an extra blanket to be found. Only one blanket on each bed. The house itself was adequate. We only stayed for two nights. ”
