"Upon checking in, the desk clerk asked me to change my request for an ADA room. He tried to convince me to get the regular king room with a sleeper sofa I didn't need. Bathroom floor was nasty. Wallpaper had been patched but was peeling off the wall. The AC was just moving around stale air. The pillows had been sprayed with so much disinfectant it was all you could smell. The bed was very uncomfortable. The morning staff was friendly. The waffles were good at breakfast. "

"The room was clean, staff nice, but I was charged three extra charges that left my account in the negative. The extra charges were not mine, and I had paid a month prior. They claimed these charges will be refunded, but I’m still without money and In the negative. Nothing was offered to clear the balance previously paid for this stressful experience or help in advanced. I had to scramble to figure out how I would even pay for gas to get back home or feed three kids without the money that they took. "

" The air conditioning unit was loud & the refrigerator rattled. The room temperature was very warm upon arrival. It was set at 77. Once I turned the temperature down, the room temperature was better. More variety for the continental breakfast but overall it tasted good. Front staff was friendly. TV & wi-fi were good. Fair price for the amenities provided. Location is on a busy street which made it difficult to get in/ out if the parking lot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"The resort was lovely for the most part. The grounds and the common spaces were beautiful and well-kept. They were all peaceful and family-friendly. There are multiple pools (only one is heated) and the beach/ocean is only a short walk away. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, housekeeping lacked a little to be desired (we watched the same piles of sand and debris on the bathroom floor stay put there our entire stay). One day we even had to call close to 5:00 to see if housekeeping was planning on coming. The resort boasts several restaurants but not all were family friendly. We ate off-resort for the majority of our stay since we were tired of pizza. A couple last things we will mention for those looking to stay… beware of the resort fees that are charged every day and then are also taxed. Ours were right under $100/day. They also tell you that you need to valet your car with them ($35/day I believe). You are able to self-park if you so desire. We decided that next time we visit the area, we will VRBO as the resort didn’t offer all that much for the prices that they asked. "

"Check in late evening, front desk staff with poor customer service. Arrived to our studio suite immediately noticed a strong room freshener attempting to cover up mildew smell. Shower was filthy, shower curtain coated with soap scum, hand prints all over, bodily fluids sprayed all over the window curtains and carpet, dog hair in the beds, bathroom door latch broken. This room was disgusting! Called the front desk to discuss, she ended the call. Went to talk face to face initially refused to provide management contact info. Advised my contact info would be given and I would get a phone call ( never did). Do not waste your money at this cheaply built, dirty, musty, poorly run hotel. "
