「The property is in a central location in the town of Dungog. Next to a supermarket which is handy. I did not realise the bathroom was outside of our accommodation and that there was no running water/sink in our room. It was also very musty and airless. There were no flyscreens to open windows without mosquitos and insects coming in. It was tricky to understand where to enter the property, however the owner helped with this. 「Orchard house is a great getaway location, this is our second stay and we really love the farm setting with the river, pool and bushland setting. The house is really well appointed to make some marvellous meals in the kitchen with everything you need! The outdoor porch is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the beautiful views around the property.
