“Pool was not heated , but the description said it was. A heated pool was our deciding factor to select the location so that was very disappointing. The room was smaller than most hotel rooms which was also a surprise as the pictures made it seem much larger. Sound carried very well from people upstairs so at 7:30am there was no chance of sleeping in. It wasn’t a bad stay but definitely wasn’t what we had planned for. ”

“There were greasy dishes/mainly the plates in the cupboard, we had to wash before using, I saw a couple roaches, the neighborhood was sketch, the police were called early one morning for what looked like a domestic dispute, and one of the pictures advertised shampoo/conditioner so we did not bring our own … soap was provided but not shampoo/conditioner as the picture showed. We got what we paid for.
