“Nice place”

“Lovely stay, my first time in this unit - but have also had a 5star stay in another unit in this same building on a previous visit. The location and walk ability to restaurants, the river park & friends is perfect”

“Overall the house was clean. The heat/air works. The house is quite old. Communication and response with the maintenance company was poor. During our stay, ants in the kitchen prevented use of the counter, sink, and dishes.”

“Matthew was great host, very accommodating. We’ll return if available, as needed.”

“Nice neighborhood and parking spaces were big enough for a truck. Property was well maintained and it had a big front porch if you like sitting drinking coffee in the morning. Was disappointed on the house being dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty and felt sticky.Took my shoes off before entering and socks were covered in dirt just from walking around. Definitely able to hear the people in the upstairs unit when speaking or walking.”

“Very nice experience. ”

“Was just looking for a small place to crash at night as every day was filled with scheduled events and this place was perfect for that, from check in to checking out everything went smooth. If I ever go back to Peoria this is the place I’m checking for availability first.”

“Fast internet helped me catch up on things while away.”

“It was right where I wanted to be, clean and efficient. Good communication and easy check-in and check-out.”

“The initial communication was good. However the property has issues that need to be addressed: mold in the basement, a syringe was found above a ceiling fan when the handyman came to service it. Once I advised the host of this all communication stopped. We couldn’t use 1 of the bedrooms and on the main floor due to it looking like a make-shift bed frame that could break at any moment. The tub was filthy & there were ants in there. I feel the cleaning crew is sub-par & has not been forthcoming……
