“Poor communication and customer service. We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room. Had we known we could not access the unit until 2.5 hours after normal check-in time we would have booked elsewhere. “It was in a decent location and was clean. However it did smell of something and the smell was difficult to shake… even with the windows and doors left open. There were lots of little things missing: no dish towels to dry dishes, no effective plug in sink to do dishes, no bread knife to cut bread, no iron or ironing board, no where to hang washing.
