Great value on Harbor Island

We really enjoyed the property. Lots of flowers, birds, and butterflies at the end of January! The mornings and evenings on the patio overlooking the harbor were very nice!

Tiny House Vacation

Excellent location. It had all that we were looking for in a Bahamian escape. Absolute peace and tranquility when we wanted it and easy access to wonderful restaurants and other amenities when we wanted that.

Nice Stay

We had a great time staying at the tiny house. The house was exactly as described and met our needs. The property is on a beautiful piece of land and is very private. The location was very convenient and we had no trouble finding everything we needed.

Paul was a great host and we so enjoyed our stay on Harbour Island! The house has everything you need and we loved the privacy of the property and how easily accessible the whole island was, especially the Pink Sands beach!

Wonderful location Amazing Private Beach

Had a great stay at the Tiny House, Paul was so helpful and really good to deal with. You will not find a better location on the Island it is truly Paradise. Thanks for all the help Paul. Hope to return one day.

Amazing Trip!!!

We loved staying in the Tiny House. The property is breathtaking! We went to Harbour Island for the pink sand but ended up staying on the “private beach” for most of the time. Paul, the owner, went way above with responding and calling with any questions we had. Thank you!

Private and lovely location

A very cosy little private and isolated spot with a beautiful water view and access and a short walk to town. I recommend walking across the flats at lower tides for a nice walk and shortcut to town. Many thanks to Paul for all of the good communication and advice and setting me up with Patrick ROberts for a fun 1/2 day of bonefishing (there are also bonefish out front of the property).

Private Harbor Island Gem

The Tiny House on Harbor Island isn't for everyone. We are travelers who prefer to have a private space where we can also cook food. The Tiny House suited our needs. We like to camp in a camper and it had that kind of feel. The best part was that it was right on the Bay and we had a beautiful view of the sea. We spent time each night watching the sunset.

Great Location

Great piece of property located just outside of town. Definitely need a golf cart. You can walk down to the waters edge and wade around on low tide. Great place to practice your fly fishing. Saw several bone fish, barracuda and small parrot fish. Steep little climb to bed but the bed was very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. Owner was EXTREMELY helpful and readily available by text/call. Highly recommend this property for those who are low maintence and looking for a great place to stay outside of the noise but still close to town.

Perfect getaway to discover Harbour Island

We had an idyllic 10 days stay in Tiny House. Pink sand beach is 10 minutes walk from the property and lone tree just down your own way to go to the secluded beach. The house is tiny as described but you will find everything you need to spend a perfect stay wirh a great AC and a wonderful bed ultra comfortable. Thank you Paul to have been reactive each time we needed advises to discover the Island. Anthony who lives on the Island is also very helpfull. Sure we will come back. Sandrine and Olivier

Description not accurate

The Tiny House is off the beaten path and on the water but not on any beach. The access to the water is by concrete steps that at high tide is to the steps and bulkhead and at low tide is hundreds of yards away. There is a very large beautiful yard that was mowed in a sporadic way missing the area around the patio so we had shin high weeds to wade through all week. Also, when going to and from the water, we spotted dozens of used condoms or condom wrappers. The water shut off 3 of the 8 days we were there one time when I was soaped up in the shower. We were there 8 days but were only given 2 towels, hand towels, and face clothes. There were no beach towels, chairs or umbrella. When I spoke to the owner, he said those items "walk off" or can't get through customs so he doesn't provide them. They are all available on the island and we purchased beach towels that we left behind. I'm not sure why a tourist would take these items. The kitchen area was filled with other guests food including a peanut butter jar with a finger smear through it. There was no cooktop or grill so we had to eat out every meal. For a tiny house, there is a lot of furniture and tons of random "stuff" making it difficult to move around if both people are in the living area. It was also marginally clean albeit clean sheets and mismatched towels. Also, we couldn't get the TV to work on the only rainy day. Paul is very nice but it is clear he doesn't visit his Tiny House very often for QA.

Private, beautiful view

Perfect for couple. Loft was roomier than expected. We walked to town and all around and felt safe. People on island are very nice. Recommend you bring some supplies from home as choices are limited and expensive. Still a 10 vacation!

The Calm before the Crazy.

Cute little place that fit our needs. Paul was super helpful with all of our questions and provided suggestions. Loved the view of the sunset and ships/ yachts going buy. short golf cart trip to the pink sand beaches. We would stay again!

Great location!

We had such a great stay in this cute little home. The view and tons of privacy provide a lot of bang for your buck! Highly recommend renting a cart to get around town. The house is at the north end of town, right next to Pink Sand Beach. They provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Good WiFi. Great view of the lone tree from the edge of the property. Host was quick to respond to questions. We truly our stay and recommend.

Comfortable and enjoyable Tiny House...

This really is a tiny house and I really enjoyed staying here. The house is super private and a perfect Briland getaway spot. The house was just as described and had everything I needed for a four-night stay. Communication with the owner, Paul, was great. I look forward to coming back.

Perfect, Private, & Prisitine!!!

The best place for a quiet and only true Private Place still on Harbour Island, Bahamas. Alot of research went in, to find the only place were you did not see another home in view. You can pull a boat up to your Private Beach area, and the owner is always very helpful, would recommend it as a secure, and tested property. Was worth the trip. Thanks!!

Great alternative to the pricey resorts and rentals

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon. It has everything you need for a stay. The location is great, nice and private. You can rent a golf cart if you want but we walked everywhere, it's pretty easy to walk to town and Pink Sand Beach from the house. The house keeper is very thorough and great. And the property owner will gladly tell you everything you need to know about your stay there. Plus he's always just a phone call or text away.

Everything you need in paradise!

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 night stay experiencing Harbour Island for the first time. Paul was incredibly helpful when preparing our stay and readily available throughout our entire vacation. This tiny house has everything you need to ensure you have an incredible vacation. The sunsets from the private ocean access were absolutely breathtaking. We cannot wait to come back!
