「Was excited based on the photos but in reality it was a tiny house. The sofa was very uncomfortable and small. There was no where to rest your legs up. They had these bean bags that were below sofa level, so your legs were dangled and not level with the sofa. One person can only sit on the sofa which is why we had to pull out the bed because it was a sofa bed. Unfortunately, it took over the entire room but that was the only way two people could sit, so we had to lay down instead of sitting....

「The condo was steps from lift 7 and minutes from the gondola and downtown Telluride. Perfect location. The building itself was dated but don’t let it fool you, the condo was very beautiful and modern. Comfy bed, cute decor and good size for one to three people. Wish it had hot tub access but other than that not one complaint. Had a clogged sink but the owner addressed immediately. No inconvenience. 」

「Over half of the parking lot is blocked off for the roof construction. We had to pay to park overnight in the parking garage due to this. No spots were available multiple days. There is limited overnight parking in the entire town so this was very pricey. A heads up on this issue (aside from one posted on the front door, which we do not walk through to get to the room) would have been nice. Room was clean. Nice location. 」

「The location of this property is a dream. Right on the river trail with an easy walk to the free gondolas to the top of the mountain and mountain village! The kids loved the bunk beds with their own screens and headphones. Balcony overlooking the river and mountain was great.」

「This place was excellent! Two of us stayed here and had an awesome time. The location is super convenient to Lift 7, the walking path along the river and everything else in Telluride. The unit was clean and updated. The perfect space for 2-3 adults. The hot tub was also very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!」

「All good except the entry door lock from the parking lot was broken. It was checked once and we were given the correct code which was different from the front door. We were not told that there were 2 codes.Even after being given the correct code it worked sporadically and we often had to walk around to the front entrance which worked 100%」
