Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom single level condo is all about it's exceptional location on historic 3rd Avenue just 3 blocks from the heart of Durango's Historic Main Avenue with its seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries. The fully-furnished condo features all of the amenities including AC, washer/dryer, high speed WIFI and 2 outdoor living spaces, one of which has views of Smelter Mountain. There is an assigned parking space under the condo (and additional unassigned spots) and Roku is available on the TVs.

Master - King and TV.
2nd - Double and TV

The townhome is not pet friendly.

A minimum 30+ days stay is required and the townhome has been priced based on a monthly stay.
