Spacious contemporary one-bedroom apartment built in 2015 features complete kitchen, comfortable living area, bathroom and laundry room, and boasts high-end finishes and tasteful fixtures. The inviting fenced yard located off the kitchen is ideal for morning coffee, entertaining, or afternoon grilling. An enviable location with front and center views of the ridge lines in downtown, and with the Overend Mountain Park trail system accessible from your street! Not to be outdone by the close proximity to downtown restaurants, hiking and biking trails, Animas River trail, and of course, the world class skiing offered at Purgatory Ski Resort, just a short drive north, in the beautiful San Juan Mountain Range!The maximum nights' stay for this property is 60 nights.

Small but good apt

Easy check in. Kitchen had most basics. Had new washer and dryer. No oven and separate induction cook tops. We stayed 6 wks, no coffee, Kleenex, not much tp or paper towels, clothes detergent, but otherwise, great vacation, close to town,responded immediately when we wanted something. Comfy bed. We definitely hope to stay again.
