Great location, house could use some love, especially outside deck and front porch area. All beds very comfortable I tried them all! Stayed for three months. Living in it seemed to freshen it up. Would stay again for sure!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a cozy duplex in a tranquil setting. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals. A plumbing problem was handled effectively by VRC.

Super location and comfortable unit

We had a great stay and loved being just north of Durango as an excellent access to the whole area. A quick 15-20’ into town, superb hiking, great little neighborhood and overall quiet location.

Super location and neighborhood

Staying in the Ranch was a perfect location for accessing Durango and its surrounding activities. Close enough to a few grocery stores, hikes, skiing… while in a quiet neighborhood.

The property is located in a beautiful neighborhood. The house needs maintenace. There were no base boards in the Master Bedroom or Bath. The kitchen sink fixtures were loose and could come apart. The refrigerator Ice Maker was broken and 2 ice trays were left for the making of ice. The deck is in disrepair with numerous rotten boards and nails extruding that could cause a fall. There is an orange extension cord coming from under the house through the bedroom deck. The place has the potential to be a excellent vrbo but needs some tender loving care.
