Perfect size for our family

Just enough amenities for our 4 night stay. The management team is very courteous and responsive. This place will be on our list for the future

Great little spot. It was convenient to get around! Bunk beds were great for the kids. You can walk everywhere. Only peeve was that it was hot in there. The place had a ceiling fan, but would be useful to have a fan available for the summer time for customers. Over all great communication, clean and very comfortable!

Purgatory studio

This was a cute little studio, no dishwasher, and not even a deck of cards, and the internet didn’t work 3 of the days we were there.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came here in the summer and had a great time doing the alpine slide, roller coaster, etc. This rental would be good for those with 2 children since the bunks are a little on the small size. If you need food, plan on driving to Durango (about 30 mins south) since on site food is expensive. Rental does have refrigerator and electric stove and microwave but only basic cooking gear. Only one spot in tight parking lot for a vehicle. Overall, nice and clean, but if you like softer beds bring a mattress topper.

Exactly what we thought it'd be (and wanted)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted a simple place with close proximity to the runs. Not only was there a fold out couch (not a giant one but enough to hold a person) but there are two make-shift bunk beds that the kids slept on.Only thing was, I couldn't figure out how to turn the heat down (at night it got quite warm). I didn't reach out to figure this out because it wasn't a big deal (opened sliding door for a min to cool it down).Will stay again.

Great experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As advertised. Great experience. Distance to lift was do-able for the 8 year old kids, although I did see younger kids struggling as walk back from slopes is up hill. The management company sub for maintaining the place was responsive and brought us a snow shovel to dig our car out.
