The house was clean and it was in a good location. There was an issue upon checking where we were provided the wrong unit number but we were able to handle it quickly. My only recommendation was to leave a few more towels for guests, we had to buy some due to there not being enough.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brought a big group in for Labor Day weekend and it accommodated all of our needs. Spacious, clean, and situated perfectly between town and the San Juan mountains.

Snowboard getaway

We had a great stay at this property! Just enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens. It was a short, 16 minute drive to Purgatory, which was our whole reason of staying there, so that was much appreciated!

Good stay

We thought two of the bedrooms were good. Our two teens (19 & 17) were a bit uncomfortable in the bunks room. The 19 year old went to the living room couch instead. Be aware the kitchen is only good for one person. Very small. We weren't at the rental during the day so that helped. Questions were answered quickly by customer service.
