Settle into a brand-new mountain home just steps from Purgatory Resort, where a private hot tub, spacious multi-level layout, and exclusive resort privileges make it easy to enjoy a memorable stay in the San Juan Mountains. Designed with family gatherings and group getaways in mind, this dog-friendly home offers comfortable living spaces on each floor along with thoughtful details throughout.

The bright main living area is filled with natural light and centered around a cozy fireplace, creating a welcoming place to gather after a day in the mountains. Comfortable furnishings, board games, and a TV in each bedroom give everyone options for relaxing, while the top-floor seating area provides an additional space to unwind.

The kitchen is designed for both everyday meals and entertaining, with a full selection of appliances, a dining table, barstool seating, and a dedicated coffee bar featuring both a K-Cup brewer and traditional coffee pot. A large bar area adds even more space for gathering and includes a wine refrigerator, making it easy to enjoy a casual drink or host an evening together.

One of the home's highlights is the private hot tub on the deck. After skiing, hiking, biking, or fishing, soak in the warm water and enjoy the mountain air. Oversized towels and cozy faux-fur throws add thoughtful touches for relaxing outdoors, whether you're enjoying the hot tub during the day or looking up at the stars in the evening.

The home's multi-level design gives larger groups room to spread out, with living space available on each floor. Each bedroom includes its own TV, while the additional seating area on the top floor offers another comfortable place to relax without everyone needing to gather in one room.

Outdoor adventure is right outside your door. In winter, being next to Purgatory Resort provides convenient access to skiing and snowboarding. During the warmer months, explore the surrounding mountains by hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and enjoying the area's abundant sunshine and scenery.

Guests also enjoy exclusive Durango Mountain Resort privileges, including shuttle service from the front door to the ski lift, access to the workout center, an outdoor swimming pool, and several hot tubs. Access is easily arranged by checking in at the Purgatory Inn at the resort.

When you're ready to step away from the resort, the greater Durango area offers even more opportunities for exploring Southwest Colorado. Return to the comfort of your mountain home, gather around the fireplace, play a game together, or end the day with a soak in your private hot tub.

With its brand-new construction, spacious multi-level layout, private hot tub, well-appointed kitchen and bar area, dog-friendly accommodations, and exclusive resort privileges, this Purgatory-area home provides a comfortable setting for families and groups to enjoy the mountains in every season.
