We were in town for the Four Corners Motorcycle Rally and wanted to be part of the rally but alao wantrd some quiet from all the action ar the the rally. This property was a great location at the Durango Tamaron Resort, included were all the resort activities. The home was great with everything you would need to be comfortable. We would deffinately book this properly again.Mike

Awesome condo

Beautiful condo with all the things you need. The condo has AC, and the master suite is perfectly cool with a unit IN the room. The second room and living areas can get a little warmer, but with plenty of windows to open and 2 floor fans included, we were very comfortable. Awesome golf course! Pools were a little cold even in June but bearable for the kiddos. Gym is was awesome. Playground is in the sun but a fun place to play early evening. Overall a very well kept resort and condo! Highly recommend!

Very Nice Location For My Family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place. Was very clean and well prepared. Nothing that we really needed was not there. Management was good to communicate and very helpful. If I was trying to find a negative the master mattress is overly firm.

Great Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation staying at “The Burly Bear.” The condo was clean and had everything we needed during our week long stay. The pool and playground were a perfect spot for our son to burn some energy. The property was absolutely beautiful with a great mountain view off the back porch. The Grill also had great food and close by. Durango was close enough to enjoy attractions and dining, but far enough away to enjoy wildlife sightings and a peaceful, slower pace. Highly recommend a stay at “The Burly Bear!”

Loved the condo. Wished the pool and hot tub were closer so we didn’t have to drive to them. Would also suggest instructions for the TVs since we were not familiar with streaming. Overall it was great though!

It was very nice and comfortable overall - the only issue we ran into was the morning after we first checked in, my wife got soaked by the sprinklers when walking out along the sidewalk to our car. That sprinkler head should be addressed.

Nice place but with some issues

Nice property but AC was not working for two days. Coffee machine did not work either. Carpet needs some cleaning upstairs. Nice view from the back porch but you get highway noise.Overall, it was ok, but we will not be back.
