Pleasant stay. Nice outdoor areas to gather around a campfire!

The property has views and plenty of outdoor areas to gather together to enjoy the deer, turkey and starlit nights. Some plumbing needs in the cabins and empty propane tanks and broken lawn chair were our only issues. Overall the stay was quite pleasant. We would come again and enjoy the deck swing and fire pits!

Summer Magic

The property was perfect for our family of 12. Close to Durango, yet enough altitude to sleep comfortably. We rafted, rode horses, visited the hot springs, played golf at two highly rated courses and hiked. The kids roasted marshmallows every night on the propane fire pit. There was even a tree house (more likely a deer stand) for the girls. They loved it. Turkeys and deer wandered through the site every morning. We’ll be back.

Great location for Purgatory

The location was convenient since it’s right off the highway in between Durango and Purgatory mountain. Nothing fancy but we were there to snowboard. We had some issues with the cabin when we arrived and a couple mishaps came up while we were there, but the management team was responsive and handled everything appropriately. If you are looking for a luxury rental home this is not the place, but if you have a large group of people and need a place to hangout in the evenings then this property is ideal.

Great Family Getaway

Absolutely loved our extended family get away on this beautiful property. Deck with spectacular Mountain View and solo stove was our favorite place to land at the end of each day. Awesome star gazing. Warm, friendly and spacious indoors.

Excellent property and location

We rented the main house and 2 cabins. Plenty of space for 7 adult family members (who require lots of space!) and two Golden Retrievers. Views were magnificent and property was well maintained with lots of thoughtfulness and charm. 20 minutes to downtown Durango. Many great hiking opportunities close by. Would definitely stay here again.
