“Pool area was very crowded, the hot tub was packed with kids. No toys are allowed in the pool at all. Very short staffed.Breakfast very basic.Elevator out of order and because the hotel charged me for early check in and shouldn’t have it took 2 hours to get checked in.”

“We booked this because of a dance competition. We purposely purchased Friday - Monday so that my kids could go the Waterpark on Monday their only day free after the long weekend of competing. Nothing said it’d be closed in fact we received a paper at check in saying it was open. Only to find out it was closed at 4pm Sunday and not open at all during the week. What is the point of a waterpark hotel if you’re not even open? The rooms were very mediocre and were not very clean. The hotel has so……

“Our toddler loved the pool area, especially the indoor waterslide! Aside from that, staff seemed to be entirely overworked and was seen juggling literally every job in the hotel, by themselves. Our room was very clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival - there was a dried puddle of urine in front of the toilet, pee in the toilet, multiple cup rings on almost every surface, black mold on the bottom of the sofa mattress, LOTS of hair in the king bedsheets, and the phone had crumbs and stains.
