WOW what a wonderful find in Durango. The studio unit had a great location in downtown Durango. The place was clean and bed comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped to cook and there was even a washer and dryer and a gas grill on the patio. Parking was right in front too. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return.

Super cool spot. I live in huge houses. This place was home! My wife and I loved it. Quaint and comfy, great location, great book collection(I read one) great guide books for area. Several concerts right across street, art fair, local farmers market in walking distance , restaurants, shops, grocery. George was friendly and communicated well. Patio and garden were the place to sip coffee and wine. I’m going back to stay!

This was a great choice for us to stay downtown and enjoy all the festivities associated with July 4th. The courtyard is a really nice Oasis to come back to after a day out. We grilled one meal, had a nice dinner on the deck and enjoyed the night outside. The studio had everything we needed to make our stay truly enjoyable and stress free. You can feel confident when booking this unit. Oh, and not a big deal at all. There is another unit across the way and we met some lovely people staying there for part of our stay.

I loved this little spot so much. I cooked in the kitchen, worked from the porch, and slept cozily in the bed. Steps from downtown. GREAT shower. It is the perfect spot to “turn down the noise” a little. I’ll be back!

This was our second time staying in this very special place! That should tell you how much we adore it! A little hidden oasis right in the middle of town- SO convenient to all Durango has to offer, yet very private. Very clean, and easy on the eyes as it is full of the owners artwork and building expertise. The building itself is very historic. However as ancient as it is, the electric and plumbing are first rate. The shower pressure is awesome! We loved staying here, and hope to do so again in the future!
