“A group of six stayed here and had a wonderful time! The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Super updated rental with plenty of bathrooms and beds for all. The kitchen and TV room were so open and perfect for hosting a group. Wish we had better weather to use the hot tub, but the back deck was lovely and a great space to enjoy. Great location too, about 15 mins or so from Hudson. Only a few questions popped up during our stay and each time Arpan was super responsive. 10/10 and we can’t……

“I'm 78 traveling with my smooth fox terrier. His first to a farm. When I spotted a peacock near the suite I knew we made the best choice. Slade was very interested in everything. Watched the animals feeding, tried to enter under the pasture fence to join donkey and horse and chased chickens! Trails were great. Near encounter with a porcupine. Stopped for a rest at the stage enjoying a distant view on a summer like day.Window open with the sound ofwater tumbling over rocks....ZZZ. We really……

“Stayed with family (adults + babies + dog) for 4 nights and had a great time. The house is very large with lots of room to spread out. The living room area is super comfortable. Location is quiet and a 30 min drive from some bigger/busier towns like Woodstock. There are endless books!! Hosts are responsive and accommodating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back for future getaways.”

“Our family really enjoyed our stay at this farm house. Everything was clean and the property manager was very helpful. Having all the animals was a big plus. Mattresses were very confortable. The property is absolutely beautiful and it offers many amenities. We will definitely be back for our next ski trip.”

“We are regulars at this beautiful rural rental, which has become our monthly reset button. But we had no idea these sweet owners just installed an infrared sauna. What? We loved trying out this new wellness option on Valentine's Day. I may even prefer it to the steam sauna at the gym. We didn't need a reason to return but now we have one! 10/10 we'll be back.”

“The house is beautifully decorated and has so much charm. Love the artist themed bedrooms. The kitchen is huge and we had lots of room to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The Alexa was a great touch for music! The property is very large and the area very quite. Matt was quick to respond to all questions and requests. We had a great time!!”

We had a chance to check out the historic John Burroughs site (what a view!) and bought fresh farm produce and meats at a nearby D & D Farm. Geoffrey and Powell has everything you would need during the stay in a top notch shape.”

“We rented this house over Thanksgiving 2022 for a large group (8 adults & 4 teenagers). We also cooked TG dinner at the house. The hosts are exceptionally nice and accommodating. The house itself is huge. There are multiple smaller lounging rooms for a large group to relax in. The living room and kitchen have spectacular view over a lake with the Catskills too. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials and has a large dining table that fit 12. We loved the house and had a great……

“The house was fantastic. Close to Hunter Mountain Ski Resort and a cute one street town. Peter and Lara had both wood burning stoves going for us when we arrived. The house is wonderful with a fun separate hang out place for the kids. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Hot tub with wonderful views. All the firewood you could ever need. We will be back for sure!”

“There were 26 of us for a nice family gathering. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. Only 2 showers for 26 people a little challenging. Kitchen facilities lacking materials as noted in the listing. Bring your own pots and pans. Hot tub and fire pit were a nice addition. All in all, worked out great.”
