A 2 bedroom city centre, luxury apartment situated on the banks of the River Wear. Property comprises of Communal entrance hall with lift access. Private front entrance door to the apartment, entrance hallway leading to lounge, dining area and through to kitchen. 2 bedrooms, the master with ensuite and family bathroom. Both bedrooms benefit from flat screen digital television with the lounge having flat screen smart television and Blu ray DVD player. Property has its own secure gated parking space and is situated in Durham City centre only seconds walk from Durham Market place.

Great place to stay
We enjoyed our stay. The unit is within easy walking distance of the town, castle and cathedral.
The only problem we had was to unlock the back door the key has to be turned anticlockwise 3 times - that took us a little while to work out.

Very nice apartment in Durham
This apartment is in a very nice building, with a gated car park (and an assigned parking space, which was very nice). It's within walking distance of Durham Cathedral (although, if you have mobility issues, be aware that the walk to the cathedral is mostly uphill). The apartment has a lounge with a full-size sofa, a very nice armchair, and a dining table. The kitchen is well-appointed, and has a combo washer/dryer. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice, with lots of counter space. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

Great Location
This apartment really is in the heart of Durham, walkable to the castle and cathedral in 5 minutes, with a large choice of restaurants very nearby. That comes at the cost of being near a busy street with a fair amount of accompanying noise, but we felt the benefits far outweighed any drawbacks. Secured parking was a wonderful bonus, especially in a city setting. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms was another nice feature. We only used the on-suite shower and it was very nice shower. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Durham.

Very nice property and very convenient. My only complaint is the bed pillows need updated. Enjoyed the apartment.

Great apartment for central Durham
The apartment was a good size for 4 adults and very comfortable and well maintained. Ideal location for exploring central Durham on foot. Would definitely consider returning.
