We contacted the property via email about their facilities. No response. We were unable to stay during the time we booked - unable to get a refund due to being within the time frame for cancellations, tried ringing the hotel, no answer. They also did not contact us when we did not arrive.

Zimmer ok, Restaurant super aber teuer

Die Zimmer sind für die Kategorie Standard. Das Frühstück kostet 12 Euro. Jeder Bäcker ist günstiger. Das Ambiente im Restaurant lädt zum verweilen ein. Die Qualität ist hervorragend. Vieles ist frisch bzw. selbst zubereitet, wie z.Bsp. das Aioli und die Pommes. Die Preise für die Speisen sind jedoch extrem hoch. die günstigste Hauptspeise kostet über 17 Euro.

Ci hanno ripreso le chiavi e quando siamo ritornati alle 22:30 nonostante check-in fino alle 24 non c’era nessuno al reception e non siamo riusciti ad entrare. Tra altro ci hanno accusato di non aver riconsegnato la chiave alla partenza!

Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber. Pinke Handtücher. Fand ich toll. War mal was anderes. Wie wurden freundlich empfangen. Leider hat man vergessen uns zu sagen auf welche der Eingangstüren der Schlüssel passt, so dass wir nachts erst verschiedene Schlösser/ Eingänge probieren mussten. Tut dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. Unsere Übernachtung hat 110€ gekostet. Da stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Aber es war ruhig und wir waren ausgeschlafen...Und satt sind wir auch geworden. Die "Frühstücksfrau" war sehr freundlich und um uns bemüht. Danke dafür. Was will man mehr?

Zimmer war kalt, da jmd. bis abends zur Anreise das Fenster aufgelassen hatte. Heizung brauchte über eine Stunde bis man die Jacke ausziehen konnte. Frühstück war ein übermäßiger Aufpreis: es gab nur Aufbackbrötchen und ein gekochtes Ei und nicht einmal einen Cappuchino - finde ich frech...

An Amazing Experience at Landhaus Ilverich

Our stay at Landhaus Ilverich was beyond our expectations! The hotel is kept immaculate. The room was simple, but comfortable and clean was as if we had traveled to and were staying with family, not just guests in a hotel. The owner Alla took us under her wing to ensure we had a great experience , whether it was recommending sightseeing attractions or restaurants to go to, even serving us with phenomenal meals created by Alla herself. The meals are seasonally based (and delicious), so that she could use all the local resources from the farms surrounding the Inn. Her staff also made sure we were more than comfortable for our entire stay. They all made it enjoyable and treated us like family. The hotel was in a perfect location for us. It was about 15 mins from Dusseldorf Airport and within an hour from any of the other towns on our itinerary. We are definitely planning a return trip and will most definitely stay there!

nice surroundings, ok breakfast, nice reception lady! room is clean, just that all the kitchen smell from the below restaurant comes upstairs to the rooms. bed wasn't so comfy, the hard metal springs are poking.

Sehr schön...

Wir waren für ein Konzert dort. Die Betreiberin hat sofort angeboten uns ein Taxi zu holen und hat sich super bemüht. Wie haben zu viert in dem Zimmer. ES war kuschelig aber nicht zu eng. Die bestellbetten in sehen zwei von uns geschlafen haben waren für eine Nacht ok, für länger mir aber zu hart. Leider musste man da aber auch extrem aufpassen müssen, wo man sich auf die bestellbetten setzt, da man sonst zusammen klappt.
