It’s a fun modern hotel with a very youthful vibe. The air conditioning did not work well and we had to open the window all night just to get air. The street was very noisy so it wasn’t ideal. In the winter, I would imagine it’s a lovely place.

Comfortably Modern
Really great hotel. Modern rooms that were both pleasing aesthetically and comfortable. Staff was extremely pleasant and spoke very good English which was helpful as my German is limited. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and the room was nice. The hotel is in a decent location and I was able to walk to all the places I needed to in the city e.g. Königsallee, Old Town etc.

Got charged twice for accommodation. Although I was refunded I still had to wear the $50 credit card fee for the transaction. Hotel staff were not particularly friendly or helpful.

Best stay so far!
I travel a lot (work and pleasure) and this was one of the best stays yet. Friendly , professional service from all staff (bar staff was particularly impressive). Hotel room was large, comfortable with great amenities. Fantastic toiletries and free bottled water (I don’t care if it’s factored into the price, it made me feel valued). Other hotels take note: this is how you do customer service right! Thank you. Will be back for sure

No direct contact to the front desk. Had to use your own phone which sucks when you are traveling internationally. Said self serve laundry service on the app. Had to use an outside laundromat. No coffee in the room. Not the best.

Hey Edward, thank you for your feedback! We offer a directly check in or an online check in and our reception is staffed 24 hours a day. Also you can give your laundry to the colleagues at the front desk and we give it to our external laundry. On the superior rooms we offer you a nespresso coffee machine and if you booked a standard you can get 24 hours fresh coffee at our front desk. Hope to see you soon! Kind regards

Nice stay
Very good stay over all. Great location within walking distance to the old town and shopping. Hotel was quiet and clean. Room was comfortable for two people. In the heart of little Tokyo which it was the reason to travel to Düsseldorf. Will definitely stay there again.

The air-condition system was not working and they changed my room where it worked OK. the king bed is not a real king bed it is too attached beds. Hotel is OK

Liked the staff. They were wonderful. Location to shopping and walking sites… excellent. Bed was so comfy. We slept in a comatose state… rare for us.

Good location but poor breakfast
Good location, close to old town and main station. Gym is great. Room is okay but quite cold. There are only hand wash and shower gel in bathroom so you may need to bring body cream and hair conditioner. Most of 4-star hotels they provide shampoo-conditioner and body cream all together. Breakfast is overpriced and poor quality, probably the worst breakfast I have ever had in Germany. Bread wasn’t that fresh, egg is overcooked. Staffs are nice, very helpful and friendly. But overall, can be better. I’m sorry to say, this hotel is bit overrated. 7/10.

Actually we do offer body lotion and other beauty products in a small kit, but due to the corona-restrictions, we are not able to provide them in our rooms at the moment. Our shampoo in the shower is for hair and body as well. We are sorry that you didn't like our breakfast buffet. We would highly appreciate it, if you would give us another chance one day to show us from our best side! Stay healthy
