"The resort and room were very clean. Checking in and checking out was seamless. The pool was nice and overall property amenities were great. The area is perfect as there are many dinning and shopping options around the resort. A gas station feet’s away from the resort. Overall great and convenient stay. "

"We stayed there for a basketball tournament - 2 adults, 2 teenagers. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location very clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast was good. Across street was an ice cream shop that sold hot food items also and a cute mini golf course. Very convenient. Room was small for 4 people, but we made it work. It was 2 double beds, so it wasn't assumed it would be a huge room. Shower was awesome! Roomy, capsule, walk-in."

"We got into our room and could not find a towel without a stain on it. Went to ask for clean towels and was met with reluctance on getting more towels. We come back in only to find out our bathroom door IS LOCKED! I make the mistake of taking matters into my own hands and PICKING THE LOCK OF OUR OWN BATHROOM DOOR, so my significant other can actually use the restroom. Against better judgement we try to use the shower and continue with our night only to find out the shower did not work either. People in prison get access to bathrooms and showers it is beyond appalling to not have that in a hotel as a free man that I PAID FOR. We tell the front desk we needed a new room as the shower didn’t work, he says he has nothing and they’re all booked. He then tries to check it out himself, and forces some water to come on despite the broken faucets, and tries to write it off as working just to get us to stay. My significant other touches the water and it is ice cold. We book a different hotel on the spot to then be told a room magically opened up when they were just all booked 5 minutes ago until we made it known we were leaving. On top of all this we were DENIED A REFUND ON THE SPOT! Cheap filthy amenities, with cheaper, conniving, gaslighting management. I will never in my life book at any establishment under this name ever again for as long as I live. DO NOT BOOK HERE!"

"Spacious, clean room. The hotel guest were a little loud and cooked some sort of seafood but besides that it was a great place to stay. Our room was at the end of the hallway and near the exit, great spot! Hal, at the front desk was very kind and helpful!"

"Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast, efficient and the fastest of any hotel where I have stayed. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. The hotel provided a list of nearby restaurants and activities. It is an easy drive from Harrisburg airport (MDT) and there is plenty of free parking. I plan to stay here again next year for our annual family reunion. It is an excellent choice in the Lancaster area."
