“整體來說還不錯，但是飯店人員不是很積極，我在15:00 check-in，可能太準時了，櫃檯人員打電話上去詢問房間好了嗎，然後說再請我們稍等五分鐘，我們到旁邊等待，中間一直有其他的旅客進來check-in，而他們都可以直接馬上入住，我們就這樣等等等，等了20分鐘，中間一直也有跟櫃檯人員對上眼，但她並沒有做任何表示，或是幫我們詢問房間，最後是我們等不下去才再次上前問房間好了嗎？櫃檯人員才打電話，然後告訴我們「好了」...那請問我們前面是在等心酸的嗎？這樣的態度實在令人失望！幸好後面的飯店整理、客服服務，還算是拉回了一點分數。”

“check-in 流程極差。check-in 使用線上，限制20點前要填資料繳費check-in 取得線上開門連結，不然就要提這行李罰站在大門口敲門沒人回、線上客服也不回應的狀態。線上checkin 還要填一堆資料跟信用卡付款稅。 早餐家庭式自助吧，補菜有點慢，該有的都有算豐富，基本上吃飽沒問題，口味ok，值不值得就見仁見智。 住宿就兩層樓沒有電梯，二樓要小扛行李，木地板晚上走路會比較大聲。 這次住豪華雙人房，房內住宿沒什麼大問題，浴室整潔。有些房型還有小沙發算大的。”

“The hotel was actually quite nice, but the location wasn’t good for us. There were no restaurants, shops or sights writhing walking distance and we had no car, so anything we wanted to do or see was a 20 Euro ride away.”

“Es gab leider verschiedene Informationen zum Frühstück. Der frühe Zeitslot war nicht verfügbar. Man sagte uns jedoch, dass wir trotzdem um diese Uhrzeit essen können. Dies wad dann doch nicht möglich. Dies ist sehr ärgerlich, wenn man frühzeitig fahren muss, aber auch keine Erstattung für den Frühstückspreis erhält. Problemlösung Fehlanzeige. ”

“There is no way the room is 20 sq m. It is tiny small. I think it is a cheating to mark the room size of 20 square m. The room is full of fancy stuffs but the quality of them are low. The only thing worth mentioning is the free use of laundry machines. Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with good quality room facilities, this is definitely not the one.”
