“Paid for a king sized bed and they didn’t have any available upon arrival, I asked for a refund back to go someplace else and they couldn’t do it because it was booked through Expedia, I called support multiple times and never got to even talk to anybody. Very frustrating to false advertise a room that’s not even available. Terrible night of sleep very disappointing to pay for something that’s not even available I will never be booking through here again.”

“The entire property is in a state of disrepair. The spa wasn’t open. The pool wasn’t open. The sauna wasn’t open. The restaurant wasn’t open. The tennis court appeared to be totally overgrown. A walkway bridge had collapsed.
If u want to experience a historic property in faded glory next to the Hudson River with fallen trees littering the walkways, without amenities, this is the stay for you.”

“Checked in to this property and stayed for 3 nights. Through a clerical error, they thought I was not there even though they took my security deposit and handed me the keys. They wanted me to make another reservation even though I already paid. Staff was very rude and threatened to have the police remove me from the property. Overall experience was horrible. No room service, the beds looked like they didnt even change them from the previous guests. Do not book here,”
