“Although the location was superb, the property fell short for what we paid per nights stay. It certainly felt smaller than the photographs. The noise level from the road was excessive throughout the day and especially early morning. Thin walls or ceiling meant we heard every neighbor movement. A huge shower with the smallest shower head was not good, coupled with only being given hand towels and no bath towels to dry ourselves. It certainly wins on location but the experience was more like a……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean, decorately beautifully, and had everything we needed. The bottle of wine and snacks made for a nice welcome. The location and gorgeous view were beyond measure and the deck and yard are set up perfectly for watching the sunrise and relaxing by the bay. The owners are on site but that was not an issue because the space is very private. Highly recommend!”

“The most well-outfitted VRBO I’ve ever stayed at (and I have stayed at dozens). Everything we could want or need was already there! The location was superb- across the street from the beach, a couple minutes walk to a playground for the grandsons, and the best clam shack (The Clam Box) steps away from the playground! Close to a T stop (we drove because we had little kids with us).The bedroom arrangement is slightly strange with rooms inside rooms, but worked out great for our group- grandparents……

The beds were especially comfortable and the temperature was perfect, making it easy to relax and feel at home.Perfectly located for access to the T—about a 20-minute walk to the Red Line, and for the days we didn’t feel like walking, the town bus directly across the street made getting there effortless. MY TEENAGERS BROUGHT THERE GAMING SYSTEMS AND COULDN'T CONNECT TO A TV, EXCEPT IN THE LIVING ROOM. OVERALL, I CAME WITH A PARTY OF 14 AND THERE ARE ENOUGH BEDS FOR EVERYONE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY. AND, THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS. WE PLAN ON RENTING AGAIN WHEN WE RETURN TO QUINCY.”

“This is a cute home in a quiet neighborhood. It comes with plenty of kitchen utensils to do any of your cooking. I will say that some of the nonstick pans were pretty scraped up so we avoided those, but there are a couple stainless steel pots available. The living area was comfortable, the bedrooms were comfortable enough, and the covered area on the back deck was a nice area to relax. We didn't use the grill, but it's there if you want to BBQ. The main room's door didn't close completely, but……

“We wanted to take a trip to Boston with a few members of our extended family so we chose this house so we could each have our own bedroom, and it worked out exactly as we had hoped it would! There was space in the driveway for each family's car and plenty of space in the main living area for everyone to sit and spend time together.
