Bluemont Hotel

Bluemont Hotel

8/10 Good
"Although clean, I found the staff to be less than willing to be in the customer service “mode”. I asked twice for the soap to be filled in the first floor bathroom. Then my lights were flickering off and on in my room bathroom. No one ever came. I only had one bar of soap… at the sink. Nothing for the showers. Was I supposed to use it for both? The restaurant “Goolbys”…. We stood there waiting to order and had to go get the kitchen staff together someone to help us. That person in turn told the hostess “hey you have customers”… she was sitting right there eating her pizza. 😑. I felt like people just didn’t want to work this weekend. I will be back, hopefully the staff will be more oriented to their jobs to provide customer service?&"
