“Casa is the best place to stay in the DR, very private and secure. Staff is great, they will try to help you with any questions you have, and they really seem to like the work they do, making sure guests have the best vacation experience possible. Golf is great, but so are the beach, pools, and restaurants. All inclusive is the best way to go.”

“The area looked beautiful in photos but it really was not feeling safe. We had an overnight before cruise and mainly just stayed in the room. The beach was lovely but we didn’t feel comfortable eating anywhere near this small hotel no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs to higher floors. No where close to get a coffee in the morning.”

“I am extremely satisfied with my stay at El Navegante Hotel in Bayahibe! Check in process was easy. 24 hours before my expected arrival I sent the host a message through the expedia app and she responded with my room number and lock code to enter the room. I found the code lock to be extremely handy so I didn't have to worry about losing a key or key card while at the beach. This property is an apartment style building right in the neighborhood. I appreciate these types of accommodations because……

“No one on staff spoke English. The hotel is very dated and unkempt. There were several power outages in the 16 hours we were there.”
