“Everything was great except the European shower design. There is no door or full enclosure to the shower so water gets out all over the floor and soaks the floor mat.
It is a nice, new shower. But the design is a bad design - which is common to European showers.”

“I originally only booked one night and then extended my staff to three nights due to unforeseen circumstances. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the first day and handled the additional headache well and let me stay in my original room. From greeting me when we arrived to preparing breakfast my experience was very pleasant. There is not frequently that I have to stop in Eislingen but going forward now I have a reason. “Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Besonders begeistert hat uns der wunderschöne Wellnessbereich, der zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen einlädt. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, mit einer großen Auswahl und sehr hochwertigen Produkten.
Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet, sauber und sehr gepflegt. Hervorheben möchten wir auch das ausgesprochen freundliche und aufmerksame Hotelpersonal, das unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat.
Alles in allem war es ein toller……

Aber dass man keinen Parkplatz am Hotel fand und in einem Parkhaus das Auto abstellen musste und die Parkgebühren nicht erstattet bekommt sowie das Frühstück auch selber bezahlt und organiesiert werden musste, fand ich sehr befremdlich.
