We saw lots of junkies in this area and I learned later that the “Sala de Consumo Supervisado” is an 8 minute walk from the apartment. There are trash bins right in front of the building that smelled terrible on a hot day. There is no elevator so you will need to get your luggage up a flight of stairs, half of which have no railing as there is significant ongoing construction in the common area.
