“Se encuentra a 30 minutos a pie de la intermodal y a 50 del museo Gugemheim. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero equipadas, buen gusto y modernas. El barrio Deusto tranquilo y lleno de pequeños negocios. Pero, no tienen a nadie en la recepción hasta las 4pm, no tienen agua ni café en el lobby, no puedes tomar desde su lobby ninguna excursión ni información al respecto. Y las chicas de la limpieza tienen problemas con atender a los huéspedes. No saben comportarse.”

“Apartment´s condition was excellent but the neighborhood is not the best. it is very central though. checkin was not the smoothest because the checkin form requires all guests to fill their ID data, and even if one ID is missing or not accepted by their system, the rest of the group is not able to enter.”
