"Very cute..but very tiny and super dated. Duplex. Not entire house to self. ..through a door is other people....noise Porch, yard firepit and views great! Steps to house steep. No handrails. Careful. No access to beach....all grown up grass weeds trees.. No deck/dock as described on property.pic ..."
