The property was clean and spacious, making it very comfortable for our group of 7 adults and one child. The backyard was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet and nice. The location was convenient and a short drive from restaurants and shopping.

It was a great place and suited all of our needs. We had a rather large party and all had to shower after a long day at the pool… there was plenty of towels and hot water for all! The rooms were clean a spacious, and the living area downstairs had enough room for everyone to be in the same space without being on top of each other! Will definitely look into this property again, and others managed by #stayinmydistrict

House was pretty dirty. It seemed as though the toilets and kitchen had not cleaned in some time. See photos.

Lots of space; nice quiet neighborhood. The host was very quick to respond when I had questions. We encountered a couple of minor cleanliness issues. Some of the towels smelled of mildew, the dishes had hard water stains, the outdoor grill was not clean, and both propane tanks were empty. We generally enjoyed our stay, but some of the housekeeping needs a little fine-tuning, especially for the premium price paid. Great space for a family stay.
