Beauty in the Northwoods

Took a short trip with my mom and her pup to this wonderful location. The wildlife viewing opportunity in early summer is amazing from the dock. Every morining we woke up to the birds singing and fresh air.

Thumbs up on Porch in the Pines

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Porch in the Pines was everything as described on the site--a pretty lake view from the wrap around deck, a nice sandy beach with gradual sandy entry into the water, a sturdy dock, firepit and swimming platform. The house was spotless, and amenities were all there, both for inside comfort and for outdoor play. Kids caught panfish from the dock and saw all sorts of wildlife during the week. Easy drive to Three Lakes and Eagle River. Shane, the manager, was available for any questions during the week. Toad in the Hole for breakfast in Eagle River was great as was Sorge Daybreak Diner in 3 Lakes.
