“The cabin was a cute space with a nice layout, and we enjoyed the deck and the view. The host was responsive and communicated well throughout our stay. She also worked with VRBO to provide a partial refund after we reported the issues, which we appreciated.Unfortunately, several issues significantly impacted our stay. The community pool, one of the reasons we chose this property, was unavailable despite being advertised in the listing. When we inquired at the recreation center, we were told this……

“just a regular hotel room, clean, comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only issue is that there was no continental breakfast- there is a restaurant however. If we ever stay in Eureka Springs again, I will definitely stay here.”

“We liked the hotell very much. Our room was great and well maintained. The staff was very helpful. The parking was good and the place was quiet and peaceful. The were 2 individual decks with tables and chairs for the stayers. also, there was a community area with benches and a fire pit in the middle of the yard just off the parking area. I went out the one evening after dark and sit and looked up at the stars in the coolness. We had a great experience.”

“Great one night getaway for my wife’s birthday! The room was fun and unique!”

“The outside of the property looked good, but the rooms inside had a dirty recliner, and dirty carpet. It was a non smoking room, but the smoke smell in the room was so bad we had to go buy air freshener just to stay in there and me and my husband have allergies to cigarette smoke. They have ash trays and chairs outside every room and I’m sure it just flows right into the rooms. We will not stay there again. If it is a non smoking room, it should not smell like smoke. Also, they shouldn’t……

“The high rating is misleading. The room was extremely small. The room appeared to be clean, but there was an old wood smell. The rustic style is a nice concept, but it’s poorly executed. There’s extension cords attached to walls and running along the floor. The step down from the kitchen area to bed is a hazard especially at night. The parking is terrible. We wouldn’t park by the cabin because it’s dangerous backing out of the lot. The stairs going to the lower lot are missing concrete and……

“The room was beautiful, just as pictured and we'll maintained. Staff was helpful with us arriving after hours, all that was needed”

“We loved our stay here! It was so close to the downtown area and all the shops. The staff were so helpful and accommodating as well. Will definitely come back!”
