“Beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions and needs before and during our stay. Kitchen is well equipped for most cooking needs. We used the gas and charcoal grills, both are well maintained. Perfect for a quiet getaway away from it all. ”

“You know when life has just gotten busy and you need a reset? And you have a favorite place that when you turn down “that road” and “that view” comes into sight and your soul just goes ….”ahhhh yes”? Well this is one of those places. The bed is super comfortable and we enjoyed not setting an alarm and just waking up whenever. The shower had wonderful water pressure and you could literally gaze out the window at the Peaks while you enjoyed your shower. Christine and Jason are lovely hosts and……

“The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting.……
