「We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend! 」

「Von VIP Angebot habe ich persönlich nichts mitbekommen aber das Hotel ansich ist super. Einzig, dass man 40 euro pro 3 std. 「This is my first time to Bulgaria. I choose this hotel after finished my job for business trip. It was an excellent choice. Beautiful hotel situated at main attractions shopping street with variety of restaurant. Good hotel staff service. Simple Breakfast with good coffee and orange juices. "I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk."
