Good customer service but walls are thin
"Customer service was great. Room was comfortable. Unfortunately, the walls are thin and the neighbors next to us were very loud at 4 am and interrupted our sleep."

Convenient and perfectly fine
"Very convenient; laundry amenities, full kitchen, living room, etc. Comfortable and clean enough. Good location. They brought us more towels when requested through their app. Some small problems though. WiFi was unreliable (which posed a problem for me as I was trying to interview for a job). Strange ..."
