"What a magnificent stay. Everything was perfect. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and had room service. No issues at all"

"It’s the worst breakfast ever served at a hotel. They only had a package of donuts that was behind the counter so the employee had to hand them to you. They only serve coffee so there is zero option for children or for people who don’t drink coffee. "

"We had a room in front of t of hotel and many people coming and going through the night. Was very noisy. Shower was mediocre and room was mostly clean."

"The a/c in our unit did not work. Unfortunately the office has very limited hours and it made it difficult to get it addressed. We got in around 3:30pm, turned on the a/c to cool the cabin down, and left for a few hours. When we returned the cabin was over 80*, but the office was closed and we could not inform anyone. The next morning on our way out to our activities offsite I stopped in the office and let them know. They said they would look into it. We returned in the evening and the cabin was over 80* again, and the a/c still wasn’t working. Again, due to limited office hours there was no one to talk to about it. There was no communication via phone or email with any updates regarding our complaint. Even with the windows open, the cabin did not cool down until around 3am, which resulted in poor sleep during our stay. It’s unfortunate we had to pay so much for an uncomfortable stay. "

"Brandon was fabulous. I had an issue with the stove (ended up being my fault!) but he came right out and figured it out. He was super great at communicating, and the house was amazing. Kids had a great time playing pool and they loved their own space downstairs. The surrounding are is a little weird, but we felt safe, and was only 6 minutes from Salt Palace where by kid was playing. Tons of space and well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay again if even back in SLC"

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The neighborhood easy to access and pleasant. Check in / check out was incredibly easy. The owners were extremely communicative and responsive. Property was very clean and well maintained. There was a lot of thought put into the accommodation and amenities, We arrived late and were pleasantly surprised to find snacks and water available in the room. Everything you could possibly need wand more while away from home was provided, including kitchen appliances. Our family of 6 will definitely be back. Can’t recommend this property enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
