Sage Cottage welcomes you with open ocean views of Ram Island Lighthouse and the islands beyond. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee on the cozy front deck or sun porch and watch the boats go by.

It’s hard to pick a favorite spot in this beautiful 5 bedroom 2 ½ bath cottage. The fully equipped kitchen, living room, family room and 2 dining rooms all have views of the ocean. Amenities include streaming services on TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer, dryer and gas grill.

Walk or bike Shore Road, set up a beach chair at Grimes Cove, or enjoy a spectacular sunset down on the rocks. Explore everything the Boothbay area has to offer; restaurants, galleries, whale watches, sunset cruises, harbor cruises, deep sea fishing, kayaking, walking/hiking the many trails of the Boothbay Harbor Land Trust, stroll through the Coastal Maine Botanic Gardens, take in a show at the Opera House, or… just relax at Sage Cottage.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.
