东堪培拉度假短租

“The security system of the carpark is excellent. The staff of the reception are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for their services. The kitchen of he room is excellent with full equipment provided. The laundry not only with washing machine but also drying machine. Very considerable thinking by designing the room. However, the whole room have only one air conditioner inside living room, the two bedrooms have no individual air conditioner by means that you cannot close the door of your bedroom……

“地方寛敞，環境整潔，地點隣近餐飲地方。”

“Property was clean but had a number of minor maintenance issues which I made the manager aware of as a matter of courtesy not complaint. I received no response from them regarding this. Communication through the app didn’t work so I had to text. Bed was small and fairly hard. Nice convenient location. First time using a parking stacker which was interesting. Wouldn’t want a large or overly tall vehicle”

“Clean and well presented, spacious, comfortable. Everything we needed was there. I had problems opening their emails on my phone so I asked for these to be sent by SMS instead. That worked well.”

“Great apartment, everything I needed to be comfortable, spotlessly clean and close by to eats and drinks.”

“Easy process to check in and clean apartment. Functional accommodation and car park that suited our needs well. Supermarket nearby.”

“Our stay was great - very clean apartment, great location, excellent contact with host, secure parking a bonus.”

“Ease to access the property, secure car parking, close to convenience store, restaurants, bars. Very quiet apartment block. ”

“Great location with Cafe's and Restaurants a minute walk from the apartment. Great facilities and instructions for entry, exit and garbage disposal very easy to follow. Will definitely stay here next visit to Canberra. Thank you.”

“Excellent location close to cafes, restaurants and LBG. The apartment was comfortable, clean and easy to access. No problem with wi fi, tv or any of the facilities. We actually left our car in the street as there was always a spot available.”

“Very clean, quiet and a good location to shops and eateries. Only a short walk to markets on Sunday and for walks along the foreshore. No issues in respect to safety.”

“Handy unit, has what you need, friendly and welcoming experience. Super close to Kingston. Love the comfy bed and pretty warm place for a Canberra Winter. Got a late check out no problem.”

“A fantastic property. The bathrooms however are in need of minor repairs. Towel rails broken/ missing, shower head leaking and shower could use a regrout to eliminate mould in grout and larger shelf. The bathroom does not reflect a five star property. A great shortage of power points causes a need for a lot of extension cords that are not adequate, messy and need to be hooked up for at least one bedside table…potentially dangerous with lots of power boards and extension cords and a trip hazard.……

“Great location in modern apartment. Parking was challenging with such small space and the bed was only a double, not a queen bed.”

“easy access to all the amenities like supermarket and eateries”
